Workflows/Usage
- Designed for high-temperature applications
- Enables batch pyrolysis & calcination workflows

- Rated to a maximum of 700°C (1292°F) for 2.5 hours
- Resistant to thermal shock during heating ramp rates (from room temp to 700°C) of between 1-10°C/min
- Able to cool down naturally in a closed furnace (no quenching) from 700°C to room temp without cracking due to thermal shock.

Blocks are sold individually. Use two blocks for a full assembly. The block is interchangeable and can be used as either a base or a lid. The full assembly keeps vials free from debris and can help with thermal conformity. The quartz vials provide alignment between the base and the lid so no additional hardware is required.
