How do I suggest a new product for development?
You may email customerservice@analytical-sales.com with any requests for new products.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 8:30-5pm EST, Monday through Friday.
What is the average delivery time?
Approximately 1-2 weeks from time of ordering.
What is your return policy?
After contacting us regarding the nature of your return, we may offer a full or partial credit, or a replacement or repair of the item being returned.

Do your products come with a warranty?
All non-consumable equipment manufactured by Analytical comes with a standard 1 Year Warranty from the date of delivery.
How do I pay for an order?
If you have an account with Analytical Sales, we will bill you for your purchases. All prices are F.C.A. Flanders, NJ. Terms of payment are net 30 days. We also accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and PayPal® (website only).
