Baseline noise and unstable flow rates are typically caused by dissolved air in the mobile phase. Advantage™ and Advantage Plus™ Series Degassers use Teflon® AF degassing membranes which are 50 times more efficient than our competitor’s PTFE membranes. This translates into channel volumes which are 10x smaller and equilibration that is 4x faster. Our continuous-run vacuum pumps consistently deliver steady baselines unlike other degassers which have fluctuating baselines due to the on/off cycle of their vacuum pumps. All Advantage™and Advantage Plus™Degassers come with double-layered NO-OX™tubing which has an inert Teflon® inner layer and a gas impermeable outer layer to insure that your solvent remains degassed.
