Weak Anion Exchange HPLC Columns
6µ, 300Á, Spherical Silica

This weak anion exchanger is a crosslinked polyethyleneimine support. It is compatible with aqueous and many organic solvents in the pH range of 2-8. Selectivity can be altered by mobile phase composition and pH affects ionization of both the support and the solute. Our anion exchange columns permit analysis of proteins up to molecular weights of 200,000 daltons and have excellent recoveries and loading capacity. For example, 22mg ovalbumin can be loaded onto a 250 x 4.6 column with no overloading effects. Chromatofucusing can also be performed on our weak anion exchange columns due to their broad titration curves and high buffering capacity.

Strong Anion Exchange HPLC Columns

The strong anion exchanger is quaternized, crosslinked polyethyleneimine support. It is compatible with aqueous and many organic solvents in the pH range of 2-8. Ionization of our strong anion exchange columns have no pH dependence. This support is an excellent column for the rapid separation of proteins and enzymes.

This weak cation exchanger has a polyamide coating containing carboxymethyl groups. It is compatible with aqueous and many organic solvents in the pH range of 2-8. Selectivity can be altered by mobile phase salt composition and pH affects ionization of both the support and the solute. Our cation exchange columns permit analysis of proteins up to molecular weights of 200,000 daltons and have excellent recoveries and loading capacity.

Strong Cation Exchange HPLC Columns

The strong cation exchanger has a polyamide coating containing sulfopropyl functional groups. It is compatible with aqueous and many organic solvents in the pH range of 2-8. Ionization of the functional groups on this bonded phase is constant above pH 3. Our cation exchange columns are a great choice for separations of basic proteins.
