The PowerSELECTOR™ ELITE is a six position, automated system which incorporates state-of-the-art selector valves and a PeltiermBi-directional heat pump to accurately switch columns while cooling or heating the compartment. External contact automatically ramps the temperature of the system down to protect the columns after method development is complete. The PowerSELECTOR™ ELITE allows accurate cooling and heating of liquid chromatography columns and has been designed to accommodate automated methods development and provide column stability for enhanced resolution. The precision microprocessor based temperature controller has a digital display and features quick response. Temperature range is 10ºC below ambient to 45ºC. Precision of repeatability is plus or minus 0.5ºC and accuracy is plus or minus .5ºC.

Tower Profile The Tower Profile Column Selector lets you automate repetitive injections of sample and/or standards to optimize separation on different types of columns (e.g., C18, C8, C4, Phenyl, Cyano, etc.), as well as the screening of samples on various column lengths, diameters, and packing particle sizes. A local-remote button allows manual or automatic column selection. The column selectors large, bright numeric display tells you at a glance which column is active. Specially designed column clips make mounting or removing columns simple. Easy to open, spring-loaded column clips hold columns from 1/8”-1” O.D. firmly in place. A built-in drip tray safely contains solvent spills. The drain tube conveniently drains away solvents to waste. Column Selectors are available in 3 or 6 column models with either stainless steel or PEEK flow paths. Maximum pressure is 345 bar / 5000 psi.
